Bookings at The Mundaring Hotel aren’t essential, but are certainly recommended to avoid disappointment. Bookings can be made via the NowBookit online portal below (not via phone, email or social media).
We need to ensure we have all correct details in writing to secure large bookings and to give written confirmation that we can accommodate your booking and any specific requests.
When booking, we are asking for credit card details to ensure only genuine bookings are placed.
Your card will only be charged if you do not honour your booking, as per our cancellation policy detailed on our booking site.

lunch: 11.30am – 1.45pm (kitchen closes 2.30pm) & dinner: 5.30pm – 7.45pm (kitchen closes 8.30pm)
FRIDAY
lunch: 11.30am – 1.45pm (kitchen closes 2.30pm) & dinner: 5.30pm – 8.00pm (kitchen closes 9pm)
SAT
lunch: 11.30am – 2.00pm & dinner: 5.00pm – 8.00pm (kitchen closes 9pm)
SUN
lunch: 11.30am – 2.00pm and 5.00pm – 7.00pm (kitchen closes 8pm)
** Public Holidays are 11.30am – 2.00pm and 5.00pm – 7.00pm (kitchen closes 8pm)
Our delightful historic venue is segmented into a few different areas and our booking policy varies for each area.
We take bookings in our indoor Restaurant and Atrium rooms 7 days a week for lunch & dinner.
Both rooms have cosy log fires for warmth in winter and aircon to keep cool on hot days.
The Atrium is treated as an extension to our Restaurant and is used for dining purposes only. The Atrium is suitable for larger group bookings, however it is not available to hire out exclusively for meetings/presentations.

Our Lounge Bar tables are available on a walk-in basis only 7 days a week. Bookings cannot be made in this area.
PERGOLA – Our new heated pergola is available for lunch bookings 7 days a week (up until 12.30pm on weekends). It is then available for walk-ins only for dinner and after 12.30pm on weekends. The Pergola is available upon request for larger canape style functions. Please get in touch with us via email to discuss your requirements: bookings@mundaringhotel.com.au.
BEER GARDEN & DECK – Our beer garden and decking areas are available on a walk-in basis only for lunch & dinner Monday – Friday. On Saturday & Sunday up until 12.30pm, we reserve half our seating for bookings so, unless it’s during peak times, we’ll probably have a spot for you! The remaining space is available for walk-ins. Availability does fluctuate, depending on the weather. Our outside area is suitable for larger group bookings.
